Bespin is a mining planet. The mine Tibanna gas. They have floating cities(in the air!). Cloud City is an example of these floating Cities. Lando Calrissian was the Baron Admistartor of Cloud City. But he lost that postion to Zorba the Hutt in a sabbac game.
